Waking up each day to a breakfast buffet filled with fresh fruits and an omelet station was a true highlight. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming too.

However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, making it tricky to stay connected, especially during vital work moments. A bit frustrating, but not a dealbreaker.

The internet situation is pretty rough, both free and paid options suffer from connectivity issues, which can be particularly frustrating if you rely on it for work. The rooms feel a touch outdated, lacking comfortable seating and basic amenities like facial tissue or consistently refreshed toiletries. The bathroom facilities leave much to be desired. the toilet had flushing problems that could really dampen your stay. Overall, expected more for the rates charged.

melia offers spacious, comfortable rooms perfect for remote work. the breakfast is delicious, featuring custom made omelets and tapiocas. i loved the multiple swimming pools across the complex, and the gym access was a huge plus. it’s close to a lovely park and restaurants.

Our group had an amazing time! The Level Lounge was great for snacks and games. The staff treated us like royalty. We explored local attractions and enjoyed breakfast each morning, which was superb. The gym was impressive, too. I highly recommend it for a fun group getaway!

The rooftop pool was smaller than expected and didn’t quite match the pictures. It was still nice, but we hoped for a larger space with a better view.

We loved staying here, especially the exclusive access to The Level Lounge. It had snacks and games, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Also, the staff were incredibly accommodating, making our experience with our three dogs a breeze.

In my wife’s opinion, an outdoor play area for kids would be great.

It was just a great match for a hurried visit in Brasilia with good value for cost. The front desk staff were always welcoming, making everything easier despite my lack of Portuguese. Bring your own iron if you need to look sharp.
